rewriting API. By using Author's Voice, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Author's Voice is an API-first service that:
Analyzes your writing style from uploaded samples to create a voice profile
Rewrites or generates content that matches your authentic voice
Provides REST API and MCP server interfaces for programmatic access
Imports content from Google Drive, Notion, public URLs, and raw markdown
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account or API key access
API Key Security: You are responsible for all API calls made with your keys.
Author's Voice is not liable for any unauthorized use of your API keys. Rotate compromised
keys immediately via the dashboard.
3. Acceptable Use
You May Use Author's Voice To:
Rewrite AI-generated or existing content in your authentic voice
Generate new content that matches your writing style
Build voice profiles from your own writing samples
Integrate voice-matched writing into your applications and workflows
You May NOT Use Author's Voice To:
Generate content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Attempt to reverse engineer or attack our systems
Use the service for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
Impersonate others by building voice profiles from their writing without consent
Exceed rate limits or abuse the API in ways that degrade service for others
4. Content Ownership and Rights
Your Content, Your Rights: You retain full ownership and intellectual property
rights to all content you create using Author's Voice. We do not claim any ownership over your
writing samples or generated output.
When you use Author's Voice:
You retain complete ownership of your uploaded writing samples
AI-rewritten or generated content is your property
You are responsible for ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights
You grant us a limited license to process your content for service delivery only

AI Limitations and Disclaimers
Important limitations to understand:
AI output is a tool to assist your writing, not a replacement for human judgment
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
You are responsible for reviewing all AI output before publishing
Voice matching quality depends on the quantity and quality of uploaded samples
AI Content Responsibility: You remain fully responsible for all content
published or shared, regardless of whether it was AI-assisted. Author's Voice is not liable
for any consequences of using AI-generated content.
6. Pricing and Billing
Pricing Plans
Author's Voice offers the following pricing:
Free Tier: 25 rewrites/month and 3 voice analyses/month at no cost
Pay-as-you-go: $0.05 per rewrite beyond the free tier
Billing Terms
Free tier usage resets on the 1st of each month
Pay-as-you-go charges are billed to the card on file
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
7. Data Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are governed by our
Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Key Privacy Commitments
We never use your content to train AI models
Your voice profile is created from style analysis only
All user data is isolated by tenant ID
You have full control over your data and can delete it anytime
OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
100% uptime or uninterrupted API access
Immediate response to all support requests
Unlimited AI processing capacity
Backward compatibility of API changes (we will version when possible)
9. Intellectual Property
Author's Voice intellectual property includes:
Our software, algorithms, and voice analysis technology
GrepRAG retrieval system and prompt engineering
User interface design and branding
API design and documentation
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute our software
Reverse engineer our algorithms or systems
Use our branding without permission
10. Termination and Account Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time by:
Contacting support to request account deletion
Revoking your API keys and disconnecting services
Upon termination:
All your writing samples and data will be permanently deleted
Your voice profile will be removed
API keys will be revoked
OAuth connections will be disconnected
11. Limitation of Liability
Important: Author's Voice is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability
is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We are not liable for:
Any content created or published using our service
Loss of data due to service interruptions
Inaccurate or inappropriate AI-generated output
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
Posting updated terms on our website
Sending email notifications to your registered address
Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
